Personal information is defined as any individually identifiable information about you and includes the following information- you name, age, health, gender, marital status, address, financial situation, income, compensation package, current employment, previous employment history, personal references as well as your identification numbers.
In respect to all visitors to our website: it is not our wish to obtain any personal information deemed ‘sensitive’ which includes- racial/ethnic origin, age, political/religious/philosophical beliefs, sexual life, identification numbers, health or criminal history unless required by law for the recruitment process.
Collection
Candidates: much of the information collected is directly from you and is collected in various forms- email correspondence, online forms, resumes or CV. Also, we may collect personal information about you from third parties to aid our recruitment process.
Clients/potential Clients: the information we collect about you may include your name, contact details, title/position, requested services or other information provided by you through email correspondence, in person or over the telephone.
Use
The personal information we collect may be used in the following circumstances- to respond and provide answers to your inquiries, to provide information requested by you, and to carry out activities related to the administration of our head hunting or other services which may include: verifying qualifications, getting in touch for further personal information, communication with named references and with clients. Finally, we may store personal information on our database.
